thanks to Cai & Jian Wang for this delicious Recipe.
INGREDIENTS FOR 40 WINGS:
7 TEA SPOONS CURRY
1 TEA SPOON OF SALT
3/4 CUP WHITE WINE
1/8 CUP OF VEGETABLE OIL
2 TEA SPOON CHICKEN STOCK MIX
4 TABLESPOON FRANK'S® REDHOT® Hot Sauce adds to the taste.
LET THE WINGS STAND AT LEAST FOR 6 HOURS IN FRIDGE.
The best way is on the BBQ over low heat but they can also be done in the oven. Arrange, meaty side down, in single layers on well greased foil lined baking sheet. Bake in 375 F oven for 50-60 minutes, or until golden and no longer pink inside. Makes 4 servings. When I BBQ them I baste them with some surplus marinade.
In the winter I use the same recipe but I roll them in a mix of flour (2Cups) pepper (2ts) and salt(2ts) then I put them in a deep fryer at 170 Celsius or 340 Fahrenheit for 8 minutes.
I just use BBQ sauce to dip, but my Boys use FRANK'S® REDHOT® Hot Sauce
If only there had been a donor for Katie....
Sadly, nobody in the bone marrow registry was a match for Katie. She never received the bone marrow transplant she desperately needed and in June, 2005, little Katie earned her angel wings. She was only 3 and a half years old. If only there had been a match for Katie in the bone marrow registry. If only more people were aware of the desperate need for bone marrow donors. more
